Hassle-free return and exchange procedure. First, please let us know in the email that you want to exchange or return your purchase. Please give us the details such as order (invoice) number, the item number/name and the reason for exchange/return. The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Goods being returned need to be new condition, never worn – with tags, and in the original packaging. Return is at customer cost. Refund will only be made to the card or account that was used for payment. Refund doesn’t include shipping costs.
Please note we are not responsible for goods while they are in transfer back to our warehouse.
When the order is over NZ$95 we ship it for free. If you need to get a refund then $6.90 delivery fee will be deducted from the total order cost.
If you need to exchange the item then we will ship it for free one more time. If you need to return the item and get a refund after the second delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total order value.
Only the exchange will be made for sale goods and promotions.
For safety reasons refunds are processed through ShopifyPay, Afterpay and Laybuy.
We don’t provide refund or exchange for any item that was used unless there is a factory defect.
